Twelve melodic etudes for the bass, unaccompanied, by the 19th-century German cellist/composer Sebastian Lee. Lee spent much of his career in France, contributing a number of pieces, etudes, and a method book for the cello. These twelve studies are adapted from his 40 Melodic Etudes in Two Suites for the cello; transcribed and edited by Fred Zimmerman. Published 1957 by International.
