The first volume of the 57 etude collection by Emanuel Storch (1841-1877 - pictured) and Josef Hrabe (1816-1870). Storch, of the Leipzig Gewandhaus, was a fairly prolific composer of etudes and concert pieces for the double bass, as well as a concerto, during his short life.
This collection is familiar to a great number of bassists from the past several generations, and contains intermediate to advanced etudes in a variety of rhythmic patterns and keys. Published by International Music Company. Edited by Zimmermann, 35 pages
